Shipping and returns

Cost

Shipping is a flat fee per order, however many items it contains.

• Shipping: $5.00 per order.
• Discount: 10% off the items, applied automatically. The total is shown in your cart before you pay.

Delivery

We send souvenirs from Nazareth to addresses around the world. Delivery time depends on your country and the postal service. We will contact you by e-mail if we need anything from you.

Customs and import duties

Orders sent abroad may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees set by your country. These are not included in our prices and are paid by the recipient.

Damaged, wrong or missing items

If your order arrives damaged, is not what you ordered or is incomplete, we want to put it right.

• E-mail us with your name, the e-mail address used for the order and a photo of the problem.
• Keep the packaging until we have replied.
• We will tell you whether we send a replacement or refund you through PayPal.

Candles and donations

Candle requests and donations are services, not products, so they are not shipped. If you made one by mistake, write to us.
